Candle Making Experience F.A.Q.s
Is this safe for kids?
Yes; while are designed primarily for adults. Teen or family-friendly events may be accommodated with advance notice and supervision requirements.
How long does a candle party last?
Most experiences run 3-4 hours, depending on guest count and package level.
Larger groups or VIP events may extend slightly.
How many guests can you accommodate?
We typically host 8–30 guests per event. For larger corporate or brand activations, we can design multi-station setups — just ask for a custom quote.
What packages do you offer?
We offer three tiers:
• Classic Pour – our signature experience
• Luxe Glow – upgraded vessels and styling
• VIP Signature – full luxury, custom branding, and premium packaging
Each can be tailored to your occasion.
Do you bring everything?
Yes! We arrive fully equipped with wax, fragrances, vessels, tools, décor, linens, signage, and safety supplies. All you need to provide is the space — and the guest list.
Where do you travel?
We serve the Dallas–Fort Worth area and surrounding cities. Travel fees may apply outside our core service zone and will be quoted in advance.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy
Retainers are non-refundable. One reschedule may be permitted with sufficient notice, subject to availability. Full terms are outlined in your booking agreement.
